Introduction: As a strength coach and fitness trainer, my clients results are crucial. If one does not get the results they are looking for, there is absolutely no reason to continue paying for my services. Therefore, it is my mission to produce the results that you are looking for. Whether it be strength gain, weight loss, an on-field sport metric that you are interested in producing, I will help you achieve your goals. Yes, your goals are key. Without something specific to work towards, there is no way to know whether or not you're actually producing the results that you actually intend to achieve. Thus, all new client relationships begin with an evaluation of your current status and a conversation regarding what it is, exactly, that you've come to me to achieve. Once we have identified your specific goals, including when you attend to achieve them by, we can begin to go to work. We'll create an action plan, starting day 1, to set you off down a path of success and accomplishment. We'll create commitments that support your goals, and daily actions that you can begin taking immediately so you can have an immediate experience of success. I use a system of testing and retesting in periodic intervals that is used to mark and track progress over time. Without testing your progress, it can easily feel as if nothing is happening. Once again, success and fulfillment from the beginning is key to the long term experience of success and fulfillment... I mean, why not experience winning from the very beginning? Interacting with, becoming intimately related to and sharing in the experience of my friends and family's achievements. Yes, if I do choose to work with you, I accept you into my life as if you are a close friend or a member of my family. AND, we'll have a great relationship.

Jeremy Jones is nothing short of an amazing coach! I don't even know where to start. We helped me become mentally and physically stronger in the gym and out on the football field. He also taught me how to eat clean, and how to eat properly for my fitness goals. Jeremy is also an extremely supportive person in general. He has been by my side since day 1 and constantly checks up on me to see how I am doing. His knowledge of Olympic lifting is second to none and he knows exactly how to push me in the gym. JJ is also caring when it comes to certain personal aspects of health. He always makes sure I am healthy and not over doing anything. Over all , if you are looking to get stronger, more fit, healthier or maybe just looking to get a great workout in JJ is the man for you. No joke... Dude is a BEAST!

I first started working with Coach Jones in 2010. I was entering into Crossfit and he was a coach at the gym. Over the years I have been lucky to not only be coached by him but to train alongside him as well. Jonesy is very knowledgeable in athletics and training. He has a focus on skill and technique to go along with strength. Working with him on my technique for not only weighted movements but also bodyweight and gymnastic movements has not only made me stronger and more confident in my ability but has also helped to prevent injuries. Jonesy has always been an encouraging and supportive part of my training and helping me to bring the best that I have to the playing field!

Jonesy is not only a great coach but a wonderful human being. He's genuine and extremely knowledgeable of the human body and human movement. He works hard to get to know you personally and can help you cater every workout to your current fitness level, needs, and goals.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes, I'm always looking for new information. I go to seminars, read blogs and published literature in the field of strength & conditioning, nutrition, mobility, and personal growth & development. I'm committed to being the best me that I can possibly be, and to giving you the best me that I can possibly give you.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I became a strength coach first. When I was young, I wanted to help athletes achieve their goals. I went to school at Kansas State University and worked with their Division I athletes and learned that I had an innate ability to coach. I could inspire, I could motivate and a I could lead my athletes. It didn't take long to learn that not only could I do this with my athletes, but I could do this with anyone. Fitness training was a second nature to me and I was able to be very successful at leading regular people to achieve their goals as well. The rest is history.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    When you receive quotes from a number of professionals, call and have an actual conversation with EACH of your prospective coaches or trainers. These conversations will allow for you to see past a simple quote and get a feel for who it is that you might spend a lot of your life with. In this line of work, I get to know my clients on a very personal and intimate level. I know my clients, I know their kids and families. I know what goes on in their personal and professional lives. The relationships that we build are very strong and personal. The quality of these relationships will never be forecasted by simply reading a few words in an online quote. That first conversation can set you down a path that can potentially transform your life as well as the lives of those close to you.
