Introduction: I don't approach a client's ceremony with a fixed notion of what it must be. My goal is to find a way to convey your own spirituality and story, in the form of a very special day. I work with you to make that true. I love how spirituality can bring people together, in love and commitment.

Our family was thrilled with the Brit Shalom and naming ceremonies that Rabbi Avivah Erlick performed and felt that she helped set the tone for our future together. My husband, Brian loved receiving his Jewish name and was touched by the way the Rabbi expressed welcoming him to the Jewish community without conversion being necessary. We sincerely felt that everything came together beautifully and that our family ties are strengthened with each other and with our Jewish brothers and sisters. Many thanks to Rabbi Avivah for working with us to compose a personalized celebration of our new son. She took the time and trouble to get to know us and she was generous with your availability and advice. I specifically feel grateful that she took the time to listen to my personal story of Judaism and working to make certain I was comfortable with this new and unfamiliar service.

Rabbi Avivah took time out of her day (on Mother's Day!) to run over to my apartment in West Hollywood, and welcome my son to the Jewish faith. My husband and I are so incredibly grateful for her flexibility, openness, and the beautiful ceremony she performed. Thank you!
