    Great Job. Easy to Work with.
    Lotus staged our unit and handled hiring a photographer to take pictures of the interior and exterior of the unit. She was super easy to work with and she did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend her for any staging project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet the client in the property to be staged, access the space and the discuss clients requirements. Give suggestions that would add value to the property. Second step is preparing the quote, then staging the property. We are always available to answer any questions our clients may have. And we are good to accommodate requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with A.S. Degree in Interior Design from West Valley College, Saratoga CA. Interned with one of the top Interior design firms, Viscusi Elson, Los Altos, at New Millennium interiors, San Jose. Also have a B.A in business from Delhi University, India and an A.A degree in liberal arts from De Anza College, CA.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had a broad client base with diverse styles and needs. For clients in need of interior design, I incorporate their own personalities and history into the design. If a client already has a clear vision of what they want, but limited funds or timeline, we work together to accommodate to the client’s dream space. For staging or occupied staging we bring focus to the house, and it’s potential as a dream space for a new homeowner. We stage to the prospective client, depending on the neighborhood and agent’s clientele. We have also staged business spaces, such as offices, lobbies, and conference rooms.
