- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment is due in the beginning of the month. Minimum of 4 lessons per month. Cancel and reschedule require 24-hr notice in advance. My rate: 30min/ $45 45min/ $65 60min/ $80
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 15-min talk over phone before scheduling a trial lesson. Only two trial lessons are allowed to schedule, payment due in the end to each lesson.
