- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing reflects a 30% discount on Thumbtack. I would ask a question, What is the criteria for your selection of a home inspection company: Price, Experience, Professionalism, Communication, Training, Education, Reputation. Just does not seem that you can have the lowest price and receive the others. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An introduction of myself, then a needs assessment to gain understanding of where they are at in the process. What types of services are requested. Gather information about the property, possibly some suggestion of additional services that seems appropriate. Agree on a time and date. Gather necessary contact information. Then send communication to all necessary parties via email with my contact information. Confirm contact information and ask if there is anything else I can be of assistance with. Smooth and simple is the goal. There is typically so much going on when you are in the beginnings of a home purchase.
