- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To maintain my operations I try to bill between $35-$50 an hour. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Quoting is all job-specific and many factors are considered. I always work as efficiently as possible, so clients are getting the most for their dollar and I'm getting the most dollar for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer talking on the phone to get an idea of the services needed then having as many detailed photos as possible sent to me before finalizing a quote. On rare occasions , I need to physically inspect the job before starting.
