Leo was excellent to work with from start to finish. Unfortunately, our original venue cancelled on us less than two weeks and Leo's responsiveness and ability to move to our new last minute venue, no questions asked, made us feel at ease. Onsite Performance: 10/10 - Being in the conference and trade show industry myself, Leo is hands-down one of the friendliest photographers I've worked with to date. All of our guests felt comfortable around him as he radiated with energy and did not make it feel awkward or kill vibes when a photo was being taken. He made my MoH, parents, and myself laugh the entire night. We're so happy Leo was able to capture our evening but also capture the amount of fun the guests had, which is clearly seen in the photos. Unlimited images taken. Quick turnaround.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a meet before the shoot. Reason being, at least we will be more comfortable working together before the shoot or event. I understand that sometimes people are busy. So I usually either keep in contact via email and phone. And I arrive early if it's an event or wedding to personally introduce myself to the client. And so I can go over things with client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm self thought. Constantly learning and trying new things on the daily basis.
