Introduction: I highly emphasize quality over quantity. Being in and out of corporate gyms, I've seen and worked with many trainers who care more about their paychecks than the results of their clients. I am pushed by results and fulfilled by the happiness and impacts I can make in someone else's life, not by how much they can push my bank account numbers and luxury of life. Giving someone a greater quality of life through fitness and self-confidence is the greatest luxury for me. Being able to meet and work with so many people who have a different story to tell. It is refreshing to be able to see how alike yet unique each individual is. Its always a new inspiration to see each person release their potential -- hidden and unknown potential that just needed some guidance to find.

Hillary is a very hands-on trainer. She does not only focus just on the physical aspects of training but mental as well. She was realistic with my goals and stuck to the plan. Extremely consistent and motivational. I would highly recommend Hillary, she will help you reach your goals !

Hillary is a remarkably talented athlete, excellent coach, and beyond her success, titles and accomplishments, an authentically inspiring person. I first met Hillary at Crossfit Old County, where I would occasionally drop in for classes. Every class, I learned something new from her keen observation, honest feedback and technical knowledge on the various barbell lifts. I felt each workout was both effective and motivating. Fast forward to four months later, I have built in the habit of consistent exercise (versus before feeling too tired and unmotivated to maintain my fitness), have lost about five pounds of fat and have more energy overall. Hillary takes the time to diligently make sure we record our performance, and I can objectively see the measurable improvement in my strength. Beyond being a skilled and effective coach, Hillary is a national level weightlifting competitor. It is a rare gem to find someone who is currently at a high level at their sport, and also has the ability to be egoless, giving, compassionate and skilled at coaching other people. Hillary embodies a unique combination of life experiences, skill, drive and talent, which makes her wise beyond her years. I always look forward to our classes with Hillary, because it's not just about getting faster or stronger, or "looking good." She motivates others to push past their self imposed limits and/or excuses, and really experience the rewards of honest effort. The positive outcomes (more energy, strength, etc.) are just a natural consequence. Thank you Hillary for your courage, inspiration and dedication to your work. I could not recommend her more highly to anyone who wants to improve and grow.

Hillary is a great trainer - she's very knowledgeable about the body and how to design great exercises and very easy to work with. I've been working with her for about half a year focusing on my goals (better posture, more flexibility, training for pole dancing) and I have definitely seen results. Her exercises are always varied, never boring but always well designed to get at my weaknesses. She is a stickler to proper form, which I really value - we get a lot done in one hour. She just does a great job of keeping me motivated, on track, and designing a unique program just for me. She's also very flexible in terms of scheduling a convenient time and place and always cheerful and energetic! In the past two years of personal training, I've switched four different trainers (for various reasons) and Hillary is the one I prefer working with most.

Hillary is an excellent athlete, which makes her an even greater trainer. She's always full of ideas to provide a well balanced work out to help improve on your main focuses. Hillary is flexible with scheduling, which is also helpful! She is motivating, inspiring, and patient; definitely what I would look for in a trainer. Amazing at creating programs that are designed for your goal, which also has alternatives to each exercise if necessary. Not just a trainer, but a great friend who checks up on me to see if I'm track. The results you see from hard work and dedication will definitely show. She genuinely cares about each of her clients and that is what I love about her!

Hilary is an awesome personal trainer , she is knowledgeable and flexible , she cares about your goal and body more than yourself , whenever you have questions , she replies really fast with detailed explanations. I've been training with her for two years , I got plenty of compliments from other people when they see me doing the workout she designs for me. I'm really glad she is my trainer , I'm being better everyday.
