My experience with Jim was far and above any professional interaction I have ever enjoyed. I am a sixty three year old, overweight, female with two surgically repaired hips and one total knee reconstruction. I met Mr. Perez through a friend of mine and needless to say my life as well as my health has been completely transformed. Through his understanding of nutrition and exercise, he was able to instruct and motivate me to not only adopt a new workout program, but also to maintain it. To make a long story short, I attribute my new, healthy, life to my interaction with Jim and I will never stop working with him, as long as he'll have me. By the way, I am an ex-physical therapist. Jim trained me for a year. He was able to tailor workouts to my skill level, and has a in depth understanding of human anatomy. Rare for a personal trainer. As a physician i found it very helpful.

Jim is a very knowledgeable trainer. He trained me for approximately two years and was very positive and encouraging. He's very skilled at designing a program for specific goals, ages and any possible injuries. We were able to work with my knee problems/limitations and still achieve great results...thanks Jim!

I worked out with Jim 1 on 1 for a few years. I wanted to work with a trainer because so many people end up hurting themselves in the gym by doing something stupid. Jim not only got me into great shape, but taught me all the proper techniques to keep myself safe. He is an expert in how the body works and it shows in his workouts. He's also just a fun guy and a good friend. I highly recommend him to anyone.
