FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on economies of scales. I have done this for a very long time, I earned two very expensive degrees, one under-grad and one post-grad. At the risk of sounding egotistical--there simply are no better trainers out there, there are some that come close to me but no one is better at what I do--everyday--change lives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I perform a Fitness assessment which indicates exactly what shape the client presents, and exactly what needs to be dine to achieve goal assessment criteria.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of San Francisco, coupled with my M.S. degree in Kinesiology from the same school. Concurrently, I have training certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine, as well as the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also was assistant Athletic Trainer for the San Jose Sabercats of the Arena Football League.
