- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 5 or 10 session packages. My pricing is on my webiste. All sessions are to be paid in full upfront via VenMo, PayPal, Check or Cash. All sessions are to be conducted at 56 Hill St in Daly City at a studio called O2 Body Fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Expect to block out an hour and a half for our introductory meeting and session. Prospective clients will meet with me for approximately 45 minutes to discuss their goals and fitness history. Following the meeting, we will go through a brief fitness screening and then have an introductory training session for the duration of that time (ideally 45 minutes). Following the session we will discuss if we are a good fit and either 5 or 10 session will be purchased and scheduled in advanced to ensure training commitment. All sessions will be conducted for 50 minutes at OMpower at 66 Townsend Street in San Francisco.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a NASM certified personal trainer, INSANITY, P90X, And TRX group instructor, Spartan SGX Coach, Beachbody Coach, half-ironman triathlete, mixed martial artist, writer, fifth generation San Franciscan, and obstacle course racer. I help men and women perform better and feel better in their bodies.
