- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Krafted Painting, our pricing is always transparent and based on the size of the project, the materials needed, and the level of detail requested. We provide free estimates so customers know exactly what to expect before any work starts. We also offer occasional discounts for multi-room projects, returning customers, and referrals. No hidden fees—ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your vision and what areas you want painted. After that, we schedule an in-person or virtual walkthrough to assess the space and provide an accurate estimate. Once approved, we help you choose the perfect colors if needed, prepare the area, complete the job with attention to detail, and end with a final walkthrough to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training from working directly in the painting field for several years. My team and I have experience in interior and exterior painting, prepping surfaces, repairing minor imperfections, and using professional-grade tools and materials. Everything I know comes from real work, consistency, and learning from expert painters in the industry.
