Our experience working with Henry Isaacs from HILogics has been more than outstanding. We are a health care organization that depends heavily on our IT set up. We have worked with other IT vendors in the past and never received high quality expert advise and support that Henry delivers. Since transitioning all of our IT needs to Henry we are working much more efficiently and as a result our office has been more productive. We're not big enough to staff our own IT person full time but we often find ourselves in need of help and we need a reliable person to troubleshoot as well as handle tasks that are beyond our scope. Henry has been a savior to our company many times. And it is extremely comforting to know you can get assistance when you need it ... in person, remotely or even by text occasionally. Don't know what we'd do without him honestly. Five star service every time.

Henry Isaacs has provided IT services for our Retirement Community for several years now. Not only is he dependable, knowledgeable and efficient, he has a great personality and is easy to work with. He has a wide rang of skills. In addition to upgrading and maintaining our computer network system, he is assisting us in developing a security monitoring system throughout the building. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and about middle of the road. I have 20+ years of hand on experience and I am efficient at what I do so I will not be charging the rate your neighbor's kid would charge. I work from home and a company of one so my over head is low and by keeping that low I am able to keep my pricing lower than the bigger companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients very depending on the task at hand, but in general, first thing is talk to the client, discuss the problem, discuss what they expect in the end as well as what how do they envision their technology working for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A.S. in Computer Sciences, 20 years in the field hands on experience
