Fantastic food! Just had the wedding last night and I can’t tell you how happy we were with Silvia’s menu, presentation and professionalism. She came through in every detail and the food was to die for! I wanted to have an experience for our guests of a home style gathering. The Cuban pork roast was juicy, and flavor packed. Her appetizers of mini Arepas, authentic and a huge hit. My guests raved about it all and we are enjoying the leftovers today! Silvia was great. She put together a simple but delicious menu for us so we could recreate it ourselves in the future. She was flexible and sensitive to what we wanted out of the cooking lesson. She also cleaned up the kitchen and packed all our leftovers in tupperware for us after we finished cooking. It was a lovely experience!Jul 11, 2019
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is according to the number of people, service style, cuisine and travel distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to spend 5 to ten minutes on a phone all to get a clear idea of what the client is looking for. If not possible email or text works fine with me as well. I like to customize a menu for each client and let the client provide feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Associates degree in culinary arts. Manager servesafe certified.
