Q&A

What types of customers have you worked with?
Software and hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. Virus and malware removal. Performance optimizations. Remote support. New builds. Upgrades.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing on a computer is your data. In any case of a computer that needs repair, make sure you back up data you know is important to you. If you're not able to do that yourself, make a list of things that you know you need. Common things that I back up for my customers is: Photos Documents E-mails (Outlook, Entourage, Thunderbird, Sparrow) Quicken / Turbotax Or any other program you use that has data that cannot be replaced. Don't be afraid to be thorough. The more information, the better!
