Awesome experience working with SoCal IT Solutions! I had a laptop that wouldn't power on and when it did it would be stuck in a loop. Kaiden was very helpful and walked me through what needed to be replaced. He updated me throughout the repair process, which I was very appreciative of, and repair was done sooner than expected. I will definitely reach out to them for additional tech needs. Thank you guys!
