Worst salespeople ever. They purposely underbid so I would contact them. I asked for bid for 41 to 50 people. When I called them they said the bid was for 30 people, we always “ bid 10 less” That way you will contact them. The bid ended up to be exactly twice as much. They never addressed either the quality of the food or the service. Only said ridiculous things like “ just think how much is would cost to take 50 people to your favorite restaurant “ then when I wouldn’t buy, she turned me over to another salesperson. Bonjour Debra, I do apologize that we could not accommodate the price point of $16.00 per person for 50 quests, a plated meal, in a private home you wanted to spend on your affair. We did try to help in discounting our services 15% while still providing you with the cuisine you desired. We do our best to accommodate all of our clients, and we do not do any bait and switch tactics. In the request you submitted, it showed a higher price point which was $20-$25 per person and we pride ourselves on creating a beautiful, delicious offering, we truly do our best to provide “An Affair to Remember”. Our team members are efficient and provide the best service in the Industry. We will continue to provide a Chef Mumsie Culinary experience with our future clients. We do wish you well with your upcoming affair.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We price each event individually because no two menus and set-ups are the same. We make every effort to give you your full vision for your event while still keeping you within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Arrange the introductory call to retrieve as much information as possible about your event and your vision for your special day. Next we'll create a one-of-a-kind menu for you and a tasting if desired. After the final menu is established we will create your contract and last but certainly not least we show up to provide you with "An Affair to Remember" on your special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Classically trained, Culinary School graduate. Certified Chef de Cuisine, Staged internationally at several renowned restaurants, Certified Pastry Chef, HACCP Certified, Certified Professional Food Manager.
