Introduction: My name is Lauren Gatzka and I am a private vocal instructor and performance coach with over ten years of formal voice studies and over nine years of voice and piano teaching experience. I majored in vocal performance at Middle Tennessee State University with a minor in psychology. As a Dramatic Coloratura soprano, I have performance experience in classical, Broadway and pop/rock styles. In my lessons, I use a natural vocal technique based on the Alexander Method of Teaching which is comprised of several components fostering vocal health tailored to each individual student and performer.

I had years of vocal training with other vocal instructors before learning about Lauren. It wasn’t until I started vocal studies with her that it was explained to me the proper way to sing. Her instruction has taken me to higher levels of vocal abilities, and has brought out my ability to make my performances memorable.
