Jim is a great videographer!!! After speaking with several videographer, Jim was the ONLY one I liked, besides the fact that his portfolio is exquisite. His professionalism is unlike any other. Jim was prompt with his responses and easy to work with. Although we have not seen our videos yet, I am sure they will be amazing. Jim was patient and understanding when we started to run behind on time during our function. He assured me that everything would work itself out and it did. Jim constantly checked in with me throughout the day to make sure he captured the right moments for our videos. He clearly is very good at his job. Prior to our function, I recommend Jim to a family member who also hired him. There event took place several weeks before our, so I had a chance to see Jim in action. Jim did not disappoint. My family member was very satisfied with Jim's work. I spoke to Jim during this event and even then he gave me several pointers in order to make sure my event went smooth. We worked with Jim for our wedding video, and he did an excellent job from beginning to end. For something so special as this, we wanted to be sure we hired somebody that we could trust, and that was open to the particular style that we wanted to accomplish. Jim was very responsive to our initial inquiry, and made sure to set up time where we could meet or facetime to discuss our vision. We were happy to learn that Jim had tons of experience in wedding videography. He answered all of our questions, and also gave us ideas and insights as to how other brides and grooms have set up their videos. He was a terrific listener and took to heart our preferences. He communicated with us regularly before the wedding, and on the wedding day showed up right on time to kick things off. He was not intrusive at all and fit right into the flow of the day. The shots he was able to get as a one-man show were terrific you'd think he had a whole team with him!! He captured the beauty of the day, the venue, the feelings before, during and after the ceremony, the guests, the fun, everything!!! We were extra appreciative that our wedding had an unexpected delay before the reception, and Jim stuck around like a trooper and didn't miss a beat. We were so pleased watching the final video, that this is something we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Talk about great value. As somebody unfamilar with videography, I felt nervous about picking the right vendor, but feel very lucky that we stumbled across Jim. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually bid on the lower side of a clients range. If a project needs additional camera angles, aerial drone or special editing, then we can adjust the pricing within the budget still.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client is local, it's nice to meet in person. If we are a bit far apart, we can FaceTime. I'm always here as a free consultant by phone. Call or text me to organize a time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Electronics with a 4.0 honor role GPA and a photography certification by New York Institute of Photography.
