AnnaMarie was AMAZING. She was so completely helpful and perfect as our day-of coordinator. Everyone that worked with her was impressed with her efficiency, precision and professionalism. She gently guided us through the day and I was able to fully relax and feel that things were being taken care of. My husband is a fairly exacting and organized German and he was so appreciative of the AR Weddings services. Honestly, I could not recommend more. If you're planning a wedding in the bay area, this is your event planner!!!
Nu Nu did a Harvest Event at my local church. She did great! All the kids left with painted faces. Look forward to booking more events in the near future!
2 Tipsy Chicks did an outstanding job bartending our party. Wendi was very helpful in planning the amount of alcohol we needed for the party and she made a custom bar menu for our party. She also made a signature drink for the event. Wendi was extremely helpful throughout the entire party and I will definitely use their service again.

Exceptional. We hired Zach to cater and teach a sushi making class for 6 couples at my house for my wife's birthday. He was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We emailed and spoke several times in advance of the event about what my expectations for the evening and the types of fish we wanted and what we wanted to make. He also give me a lot of tips on sake -- so I went out and bought several bottles of sake for the guests to do a sake taste testing He drove down to silicon valley from Sonoma, purchased the fish fresh from his contacts at Fisherman's Wharf, and arrived at our home later than expected but well before the guests, so we had plenty of time. He prepared 3 appetizers for us -- an excellent Japanese beef dish, a poke/ponzu dish and a scallop and moon fish sashimi dish with a coconut sauce. Then he taught the group how to make rolls and we each made several rolls with a wide variety of fish and ingredients that he brought. Zach explained a lot about sushi making, from how he evaluates the fish, how it should be cut, how sushi restaurants operate, what to look for at sushi restaurants, etc. His involvement in the evening beyond just preparing the food really helped make the party a lot of fun.

Pam and her team are amazing! Pam coordinated our wedding of about 85 guests on a secluded private residence in Grass Valley. Pam has an incredible way of considering every detail to make sure that our wedding would be worry free and she was ready to help with just about anything. After the wedding, I even found out that we had run out of ice for the bar and that Pam's assistant, Courtney, had gone on an ice run to save the day - you are the best! Events By Courtney Ann assisted me in the planning, coordinating and hosting of my Company Picnic and ensuring that the event went smoothly. Her advice and ideas resulted in the nicest picnic outing I could have imagined (not to mention relieving me of the stress associated with putting on a great event for my employers). We had a great turnout, with more than 65 people in attendance. She coordinated with the caterers, organized picnic games and party events and personalized the picnic area with banners, balloons, flowers and more. There were several organized games and races planned and Courtney facilitated in gathering large crowds for the games and making sure everyone had fun. Her timeline for the picnic was perfect. The day was awesome - everyone had a great time and my employers were extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Events By Courtney Ann for any event! She is organized, communicates well in the planning stages as well as at the event, is friendly and very professional.
I initially hired NK from Paradise Parkway just for Day of Event Coordination services but when my venue cancelled on me exactly 45 days before my wedding day, she rose to the occasion and became the partial event planner and essentially my savior for my last minute wedding crisis! NK was creative, thorough, supportive, had my vision and best interest in mind throughout the entire planning process. There was one meeting when NK, the DJ/Lighting staff and venue manager were excitedly throwing out ideas about the space design and NK observed how quiet I was, she made sure to stop the chatter and check in with me to see if what was being discussed was matching to my vision. I truly appreciated this act as I tend to be quiet and pensive when a lot of things are going on. It was great I had an advocate for me! NK was also instrumental with making my venue space elegant and beautiful! When my first reaction to the venue cancellation was to find just a random hall to hold my event, NK highly encouraged me to look at the Sacramento Convention Center meeting room space, noting it had great potential. Im so glad that I did! With her creative eye and floral design background she helped turn the boring meeting rooms into and elegant and beautiful event space! She helped get a champagne colored draping where my fiancé and Is initial monogram was lit, she created a combination of centerpieces that included manzanita branches with crystals, fresh floral arrangements and medium/tall candles that made my guests tables look amazing! She also arranged floating candle vases and incorporated some of my nick-knacks and engagement photos for the Welcome and name card tables. She also went above and beyond when created leftover flowers into beautiful flower arrangements for my sweetheart table when she noticed it was looking bare, also added fresh flowers to my wedding cake! During the event, NK checked in with me and my bridal party often, ensuring we were on time and that little things were taken care of (i.e. informing me what catering staff were saying about drinks supplies, my 2 yr old nephew also poked my wedding cake so she turned it around so other guests dont see, haha!) My wedding reception turned out more beautiful and lavish than my first venue space! I had so many compliments from guests about the décor! NK is professional, competent, creative, detail-oriented, warm, kind and supportive! Not to mention, her services are so affordable compared to other event planning and design business! NK was a God send! She helped create my event timeline, facilitated communication among my vendors and checked in with me often during the weeks/days leading up to the wedding. What would have been a wedding reception disaster, turned into an amazing beautiful event thanks to NK! I highly recommend her for your event coordination/planning and design services!
I had a very unique event that Pheasant Wood Catering provided food and beverage for. It was a large party and Chef Timothy was very flexible and accommodating for the special food and alcohol order that my event needed. He was well-informed, involved, and patient throughout the whole process. Overall he was easy to work with and really went out of his way to make the event a success. We certainly didn't make it easy on him, but the services provided were amazing!

I had Morgan decorate for my wife’s 30th birthday and it turned out amazing! Normally I would find it difficult to give someone a key to my house and alarm access, but after meeting Morgan and her team all apprehension and doubt disappeared. Morgan was professional and made planning for the event easy.
I recently hosted an adult luau party at my home for a suprise 29th birthday. Samantha helped me through all the planning, decorating, and even helped me put together a shopping list to feed 40+ people. I had never hosted an event of this size and I am so glad I had Samantha to help me pull it off. The guests loved all the decore, the food and the Hawaiian feel. She even built a custom limbo game for us with life size palm trees. I would highly recommend using her for your event! She is highly organized, out-of-the-box creative and she gets the job done!
