Didier did an excellent job enhancing the ambiance with his beautiful guitar music. Our guests were very impressed and commented on the way out. The music was such that conversations were not drowned out, which is what we were striving for! Thank you Didier, for a job well done, and for caring about our cause!
David has been thorough, helpful and makes learning guitar fun.
Just finished my 2nd guitar lesson with Steve this week. Steve is professional and very patient with beginners like me. I also really like how he incorporates learning to read sheet music into his lessons.
Guitar lessons in Roseville California. My instructor was ready, on time, prepared, and clearly knew what he was talking about. Their prices are reasonable, and their studio is clean and well maintained. I think they are a good place to learn guitar.
Rick is a great guitar teacher at any level. He can teach everything from theory to practical playing and make it fun. I highly recommend him if you want to learn the correct way of playing.
My son has been learning the guitar for about 5 months now. Thru the help of Kevin, he is actually enjoying it. He is actually learning guitar chords and is amazed by the fact that he could actually play an entire song. I would highly recommend Kevin!
I am a bass player who has always played guitar here and there but nothing too serious, and about a year ago decided I really want to know the fundשmentals of guitar. A friend recommended Jacob Light, whom I've heard play before in local bands, and I decided to take the chance. I wasn't dissapointed to say the least. Jacob is a really down to earth guy who immediately understood my musical style and focused mainly on what I wanted to know, unlike other teachers I've had experience with. Even so, he knew what subjects to insist I learn, like improvisation. and scales. all this was done in a friendly, calm, cool yet persistent atmosphere which is just the right blend for learning, in my opinion.Soon enough I started feeling I really understand guitar, and this new kno'ledge even helped me with my bass guitar playing. Ive been taking guitar lessons with Jacon for 6 months and the only downdise I can think of is the fact he moved to California, otherwise I would have still take lessons from him, without a doubt.
I highly recommend Bob as a music teacher for beginners, folks who play for enjoyment and professional musicians. He enhances the student's experience by focusing on the music student wants to learn. At the same time he intertwines ear-training and music theory with technique. Bob is a great guitar and music teacher. He was my first guitar teacher. In later years mentored me on how to teach music.
great! iv been getting guitar lessons for a year now and i've learned so much about music and about the guitar and have improved so much as a songwriter and musician.
My son and daughter really enjoy Gavin and his approach to learning to play the guitar. He is very patient, kind and above all is interested in the kind of music the kids want to learn; this makes learning to play the guitar much more enjoyable! Gavin also puts on an awesome concert every year giving his students an opportunity to show what they've learned with actual back-up music by his band! He even records the event so you can have a copy of your childs performance! I would highly recommend Gavin for your younger children as well as older.
Having played the guitar for more than 30 years, I wanted to be able to take my abilities to the next level. Andrew Tintle at Roseville Guitar Lessons has a unique and definitely successful way of addressing each guitarist's needs and skills - from beginner to expert. I have learned - and my playing skills have progressed - more in the past six months than in the previous 20 years. Andrew works individually with each student to develop a program that addresses how that guitarist wants to progress. Andrew has developed a "Learn by Doing" program that allows each student to address specific skills, then take those learned skills and apply them in real-time playing. Over the years I have taken a variety of lessons from different instructors, and I can say without a doubt that my time with Andrew/Roseville Guitar Lessons has been the best investment of my time and money -Andrew has taken my guitar-playing to levels I had not been able to achieve. For anyone - beginner to expert - looking to advance their guitar-playing skills, I would highly recommend Andrew Tintle at Roseville Guitar Lessons!!
It has been some 5+ years that I have had the privilege to be one of Peppino's students. Having laid down my guitar for over 20 years before I met Peppino, I was a little apprehensive to start up again with someone as talented and gifted as Peppino. With an abundance of patience and guidance, Peppino was able to knock some of the rust off my fingers and reawaken my love for the guitar. Peppino has the unique ability to take his students beyond what they thought they were capable of and introduce them to a whole new level of musicianship. He is able to cater his teaching to the needs of each individual student; be they beginner, intermediate, or advanced guitarist. I am truly grateful for all that Peppino has given me so far, and hope to continue under his instruction.
Rich Ayala has been the best guitar teacher my son has ever had. Rich has taught him more in two years than he learned in three years with other instructors. Rich has a way of letting the student learn the rudiments of the guitar while teaching music the student wants to play. We also like him on a personal basis.
Kevin is a great teacher. He's incredibly patient and encouraging, and explains things in a way that's easy to follow even as a novice. He never makes me feel inadequate or makes me doubt my abilities. His musical talents also go beyond playing and teaching guitar- he can play other instruments as well, knows all about recording, and has a vast knowledge about music in general.
Steven is a fun, gentle and very knowledgable guitar instructor. He taught me a lot the first few lessons and I look forward to working with him every week. He doesn't just teach, he performs regularly too. It's always good to work with someone that puts to use what they teach. It's encouraging working with someone who is so successful in his own music endeavors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as a guitar instructor.
JJ is a very accomplished guitar player and a very good instructor. Not only can he play guitar, but he's also great at mandolin, banjo and the pedal steel guitar. I would gladly recommend him to any friends or family wanting to learn how to play any of these instruments.

Hello! My name is Jesse Szabo, and I've been playing guitar for almost 10 years and professionally for 3 years. I use an extremely personalized approach to teaching that utilizes my students' strengths and weaknesses to round them out as a player. Whether it's theory, note reading, soloing, or just want to have fun learning your favorite song, we can do that. I'm excited to meet you and start learning! If you are learning on an electric guitar, all I ask is that you have some kind of amplifier at your residence because I cannot bring an extra. Other than that, I will determine what materials we need.
I offer individualized guitar lessons, theory, guitar maintenance / light repair, and setup for either acoustic or electric guitars. Students may learn any genre, artists, album, period of time, or song(s) and learn how to count, read and compose a chord chart, and convey with others while examining the techniques that have made history. I can take your guitar ability to new levels.
I am an extremely patient teacher, which I feel is a vital attribute in this profession. I also have experience in several genres of music, including classical, jazz, blues, and pop styles. And,I teach both standard notation and tablature.
