Viktorya was awesome! 5 stars!! We could not have had pulled off a successful wedding with out her. We had a large 100+ wedding planned and found out 3 months before the actual date that our venue was making us postpone due to COVID. We did some scrambling and found a venue that could host just our close family however we needed a new Day of Coordinator. After searching around I found Viktorya’s profile. We set up at time to speak and she and I clicked off the start (plus she was in our new smaller budget)! During the three months leading up to our new Wedding (we kept the original date) she put up with my many emails and texts that were containing fears, worries and changes to the schedule for the day. She was always calm and reassuring that every thing would be ok and it would be a good day for everyone. The day before the wedding came and she showed up at the venue for the reception ready to get down to business for the rehearsal. She was flexible in the fact that we had planned on having the ceremony outside on the grass at a nearby park however the grass was soaked due to it raining the entire day before so we had to move the ceremony inside to where the reception was being held. She also handled coordinating the vendors the week leading up to the date so that we did not have worry about doing so our selves. On the actual day of the wedding she showed up early and checked in with us before heading to the event space and helped us out by doing the finishing touches (turning on the lights on the table, help setting up the cake and cupcakes, set up a picture slide show, etc.). She did so much behind the scenes so that I didn’t have a worry the day of. She even helped out the photographers with help taking my wedding dress to a location to photograph! During the day of the wedding a lot of things did not go planned however if she was stressed about the changes she did not show it at all. After the ceremony she also stayed and helped our family clean up the event space so that the next day we didn’t have much to do other than pack out the room. In short- I highly recommend Viktorya with out any hesitations.

I had the honor of working a wedding with her a few weeks back at my outdoor wedding venue in Roseville. Viktoriya is professional, talented, organized, detail oriented and super down to earth and pleasant to work with. Her vibe definitely set a tone for a fun and seamless wedding day. The Groom and Bride were able to enjoy their wedding as Viktoriya took care of all the details. We highly recommend her for any event you may be planning. Hopefully we can work together again soon!

Viktoriya was a pleasure to work with! Our original wedding plans changed due to COVID so we decided to have a small backyard wedding last minute. We didn’t plan on getting a coordinator until the very last minute (one month before), and we’re so glad we did. She handled all of the details for us and ensured everything was set up by the time we arrived. She truly made our wedding day stress-free and we are so thankful!

Viktoriya is a friend for life. I hope I can properly portray how amazing she was from the first moment I messaged her on Thumbtack. Although she is relatively “newer” at coordinating, she single handily made our wedding day the most memorable of 2020. I hired Viktoriya for a 100 person wedding 7 months before the wedding date (pre-covid) Viktoriya set up a phone call with me same week based on my availability and asked me what I imagined for the wedding and all of the detail for the big day! Right when we hung up I knew I wanted to hire her. She was easy to talk to, took notes of all of our conversation and began sending me cute ideas I hadn’t thought of for the wedding. When COVID began and things began to shut down, she stayed in contact with me and reassured me that no matter what, we would figure it out and she would be there regardless! She kept her word... in July Viktoriya drove almost 2 hours from Davis to Sonoma to meet me and my parents for brunch at our venue. Meeting her in person I felt an immediate connection to her. After walking through our venue for the 100 person wedding we realized due to COVID we would need to postpone the larger wedding. After our visit we began working together to plan a smaller scale wedding on the original date. I chose a State Park in Sonoma to say our vows and my husband mother’s backyard for the ceremony. Viktoriya was all in! We spoke weeks before the wedding where we finalized our timeline. She took detailed notes from our conversation and sent them to me within minutes of getting off of the phone with her. I was so impressed how easy and officiant she was. Days before the big day she assured me she contacted all of my other vendors and confirmed their arrivals and roles. 2 days before the wedding a fire in Sonoma closed the state park I chose to get married in. So 2 days before we had no venue and were scrambling for a place. Viktoriya began calling and emailing venues in Sonoma to find something that would work for us 2 days before. Luckily we found a golf course that could help us! Can’t believe it! What a crazy year! At no time did Viktoriya make me feel stressed. She arrived to my hotel day of the wedding with my bouquet, went to the reception site and decorated the entire back yard (with provided decor) she went to ceremony site and decorated down the aisle and draped our ceremony arch better than I could imagine! When I walked down the aisle I couldn’t believe my eyes! The. When I arrived in the backyard the tables and ba yard stunned me to the point of tears! She cued all of my music from walking down the aisle, entrance, first dances ect! While the party was still going on she turned on every tea light, went to safeway for last minute items, then broke down the entire party afterwards and re-organized all of me decor in their original boxes! I love Viktoriya and would hire her a million times again! When I have a baby shower I know who to call! She is worth more than what she charges so tip her well! Xoxo Brittney & Brett 08/22/20
