Introduction: I am a full-time yoga instructor and yoga event director, specializing in Jivamukti, Ashtanga, restorative, and alignment-based yoga.
I offer private classes, weekly classes, traveling workshops, and the most intimate and well-respected yoga festival in the country.
I have completed a 5-week program in Mysore, India with Sri BNS Iyengar and Sheshadri in 2010 and Jivamukti 300-hour training in 2007, and has been working on an Ashtanga apprenticeship since 2008.
