After finding Gill on the "Thumbtack" referral list, I hired him to replace a 20amp breaker with a 30amp breaker so my golf cart charger would not overheat. After an hour or so he finally figured out which breaker was connected to the outlet in my garage. I drove Gill to the local Home Depot to purchase a 30amp breaker but they were out of stock. Gill convinced me to buy another 20amp breaker which he installed with a promise to come back the next day (at not additional charge) and replace it with a 30amp breaker which he would purchase. I foolishly trusted him and paid him for his service call ($120) believing he would return the following day. He did not return the following day, and has still not returned 5 days later. I have texted and called him several times but he will not respond. I would not recommend Gill to any of my friends or neighbors, and furthermore, I will not likely use the "Thumbtack" website in the future.
