He showed up without a ladder that was not long enough to do the job. I said the job needed a 14 foot ladder and he came with a 10 foot.

We contracted Dennis for a remodel and 11 months later were are left with incomplete work and in some cases, poor work to now be done at our additional expense. Continuous delays, numerous excuses, and finally the demand for more money above the cost of his own contracted bid leaves us hanging.
