Roller and Brush just completed an amazing exterior paint job on my mid century modern home. The prep work was so thorough even 2 different unrelated contractors that came by commented on how impressed they were with the prep work the crew was doing. John is awesome, goes above and beyond and really cares about getting it right. He gave me a 7 year guarantee, the other company (top rated on Yelp with 30+ reviews) gives 1 year. The crew was great, really nice polite guys that work very hard and utmost professionals in quality and service. The price was about what i expected, very reasonable, and i wanted quality but of course $$ has to be a consideration. My Realtor referred them to me,she swore by them so I got an estimate, but still needed others for comparison. I had called the top 2 Yelp rated painters. I wont disparage them but the 1st one I called wouldnt return calls and after leaving 5+ messages i gave up., The 2nd came and gave me an estimate and.only offered a 1 year guarantee. Can spray paint will last a year! My house is light stucco, and according to all the research i did should be backrolled, meaning 1 guy sprays and a 2nd guy follows him with a roller and rolls the paint in, insuring coverage. The 2nd company rep didnt even know what backrolling was, he said they just spray, thats it. He also estimated the prep time at 3 days,Roller Brush prepped for 6, they even vibration sanded a fence before staining it. I got the feeling that they(2nd co.) were a big company that cranks out volume numbers quickly, and the price was just barely cheaper than Roller Brush, a1 year guarantee doesnt show alot of faith in your work in my opinion. I wanted high quality work, Mortons not Mcdonalds and im totally impressed with Roller Brush co, if you want quality these are your guys.

Best painter ever!! John An of Roller & Brush Painting takes such pride in his work, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He did an absolutely gorgeous job on our condo, and went above and beyond in several ways (including fixing a window that we never mentioned - we just arrived home and there it was, beautifully fixed!). Reasonable prices, complete integrity and trustworthiness, and outstanding results. (We learned about him from friends who also loved his work - so he's very consistent as far as we know.) Run, don't walk!
