- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an initial consulation. I then offer affordable and predictable flat fees, and convenient payments plans suited for all budgets. You can pay cash, check, credit card, money order, payapl, venmo, applepay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your case. We then discuss strategies to obtain the results you want to achieve. You have a constant overview of that status of your case through the online client portal. I endeavor to maintain open communication and return all calls and messages within 24 hours during business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MY LEGAL EXPERIENCE: I previously worked for the United States Department of Justice, as an Honors Program Attorney Advisor at the Los Angeles immigration court--the largest in the country--conducting research, drafting opinions, and advising immigration judges. While nobody can guarantee the outcome of a case, I know how to avoid the pitfall that could compromise your case, and how to provide the best shot at winning your case. I also worked in a private immgiration firm for three years before, where I dealth with the whole gammut of immigration cases including asylum, adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, citizenship, appeals, and waivers. MY EDUCATION AND LIFE IN A NUTSHELL: I was born and raised in a small medieval village in Southern Italy. Before settling in Los Angeles, I lived in Mexico, China, and England. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Università Orientale Napoli and a Master’s of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. I obtained my law degree from UCLA School of Law on December 2016. I was admitted to the State Bar of California on June 2017.
