Connie is an amazing person and has an eye for organizing like I have never seen before. From the moment I first met her I felt so comfortable and so trusting. I have had her over at my house several times for different projects in different areas and she exceeded my expectations every time . There has been projects where she would ask what my goal was in that area and then I just left alone and let her do her thing and I was blown away at the end results and so happy. There was other projects where things were more personal and there was a lot of important paperwork involved and I had to be there to help and not only did she help me to get it all done but some of it was very emotional and she made me feel comfortable and gave me that emotional support also that I didn't even know I would be needing, it was like having a best friend there helping me. It's almost like her brain is a computer the way she visions the end result and then makes it happen, I've never seen anything like it. She found electronics, mini iPads, nooks, all my cords, stuff that I didn't even know I still had that belong to my kids. I was so grateful to her. She is my forever go to person now for any projects and organizing that I have now and in the future. She can do any project big or small. She has done a lot for me and she has great ideas too for when your not sure what direction to go with something. She was on time, every time we had an appointment and that's important to me because I'm a very busy mother with a lot on my plate. She is as professional or personal as you need her to be. I have a very unorganized office that I've actually hired organizers to help out with before, but nobody tackled it like Lisa! She is nothing short of fantastic. We hired Arash to help with the design and layout of our new company office (13,000 square feet). Working within our tenant improvement allowance, he helped us select everything from carpet, laminate, base, paint and furniture layout. So far we have had two - 2 hour meetings and we are very close to completion. Arash is extremely easy to work with and provides humor along the way. Very professional and always on time. I would recommend Arash to any company looking for professional advice.

The stress I was feeling about moving out of my Hollywood home was overwhelming. I needed someone that was going to hold my hand through the process. After shopping around for the best deal, this was it for me. Having people come into my home is very personal and I also needed confidentiality. Kay and her team were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Everything ran smoothly and they earned my trust. All my personal belongings were in good hands and it was not stressful at all. When I moved into my new home, they were there to help me unpack and decorate. It was fun working with the same team throughout the entire process. My new home is great thanks to Kay!

For out of the ordinary tasks & errands that need to be handled by a caring staff with attrntion to detail i cant think of any other company that does what THIS company does! It was like having my own team of personal assistants ready to help with out of the ordinary tasks & requests! I was working during crunch time at my company and I needed to be at 3 places at once, an hours drive (both ways) away from work, handling paperwork and settling bank/car dealer business for a car I just bought on a very tight deadline (paperwork had to be turned in before 5pm). Thankfully consider it done delivered all my paperwork to and from my bank & car dealership, & tied up all the lose ends with my car dealer & bank (on last minute notice). They did more than I expected and for an unbelievably good price. For those times when you need something done that is out of the ordinary, last minute and you absolutely cannot take a day off of work to do it, these are the people to call, oh and yes they came to my work to deliver my paperwork & keys. My experience has been that as long as you leave them clear instructions & are courteous and polite to their staff they go out of their way to try and make your life easier in ways few personal assistants or concierge services ever could, I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Matthew was on time, friendly but professional, and did excellent work. I have had bad experiences with handy men before but it felt like Matthew has a quest to make his client's lives easier. He even went and checked my circuit breaker when I mentioned I was having trouble with my lamp. Hire him, ignore any bad reviews you see. People are nuts if they don't like Matthew and his work ethic:)
