- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, In addition to meeting California Department of Real Estate continued licensing requirements every 4 years, I take it upon myself to stay up to date with changing laws and market trends. Most recently I completed a 24 week refresher real estate course.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After purchasing my first duplex and having my real estate agent guide me through the process 15 years ago, I realized that I had the urge to visit many properties , get to know different areas, meet people from all walks of life, I soon came to the reality that selling real estate was for me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I locate property and negotiate in an aggressive manner to get the best possible deal for my buyer. In addition , For my sellers, I market your home to find the most qualified buyer and get you the most value possible for your property.
