Harold and crew did a great job at my house today by creating a concrete slab. Though he was not the absolute cheapest quote I got, he was fairly competitive. He won my business because of his professionalism, knowledge about the job that needed to be done, and great experiences everyone else here has had. He didn't badger me like some others here do. He gave me a ballpark quote via thumbtack and stuck by it when he visited to confirm the job. His crew showed up on a date we fixed and completed the job in 1 day when others had quoted multiple days. They left the place in a clean state and Harold/his people were professional about the work all along. Full marks for value, quality of work, professionalism. If I need concrete work again, I'll def call Harold. (Now, I'm just hoping that the concrete slab will stay for years to come and not develop cracks 😅 then again, no one can really guarantee that)

So many good things to say about Harold, Mark and the rest of their crew. They were very professional in their approach. Right from the first message from Harold, it was very clear that he values his customers above all else and showed eagerness to earn our business. He gave a reasonable price quote. I had a small project with Precision Concrete to fix my front and side walkway concrete, which has cracked and created tripping hazards. I met with Harold and he was very professional and honest on his recommendations. He provided a quote which is very fair given the market demands in the Bay Area as well as the effect of the Pandemic. He also helped advise on how to make drainage adjustments to prevent future concrete damages. From demolition to complete the work, it took a good 3 days. The work was so well done that my neighbors came over to ask for details as well as seeking contact information of the company. I really appreciate the help from Harold and the company in the timely and professional manner.
