I highly recommend Natalie Nuno with Zion Health as your personal trainer. I have used her since July 2017 for twice a week of personal training sessions. By December 2017I had lost 30 lbs from 165 down to 135 from working out with her twice a week and on a strict diet. My clothing size changed from a very tight size 14 down to a size 8. My A1C also dropped from 6.4 and being on diabetes medication (6.5 if full blown diabetes) down to 5.5 and my doctor taking me off the diabetes medications. My activity level increased from walking a quarter of a mile and being out of breath to now being able to jog and walk every other minute for a full mile. Natalie keeps changing up the training sessions so they are never boring. She is very adaptable in using the equipment available in my apt gym or the outside environment. She is also able to train you in your own home and brings the training equipment with her to your home. Natalie has a very nice way of encouraging you to push yourself further. I feel good about myself after my work outs in that I got my money’s worth in hiring Natalie Nuno and that I improved in my strength, flexibility, and stamina. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Phone conversation, initial session then a set schedule for training. During this time I provide nutrition advice and monthly body mass measurements.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Fitness plans for weight loss, muscle mass increase, and agility training for athletes. For those who are injured and need low weight baring, I also do in pool workouts. As for recreation, I teach swimming at all levels.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Look for someone that listens to your needs and is able to give you the tools you need to succeed. Flexibility and a positive attitude can go a long way.
