Kim was everything we could have asked for and more. My fiancé and I weren't quite sure what we were looking for, we just knew we wanted to gain some useful tools to carry us through the rest of our engagement and into our marriage. What we found was Kim--an intelligent, kind, down-to-earth professional who made us feel so comfortable right away. I was a little nervous about my fiancé and how he'd react to a vulnerable situation such as pre-marital counseling...but Kim talked us through every step of the way and every question or concern either of us had was responded to...it was perfect for us. We left feeling refreshed, prepared and honestly, even more in love. Thank you Kim, we are so grateful to have found you!

I had deep doubts about submitting myself to this kind of therapy , finding it really hard to trust anyone. During my sessions I started feeling a huge relief when I found myself able to trust not only Eva, but myself in a huge array of situations which ultimately led to a better experience of living and profound and new found optimism in my future. I am extremely thankfull for this and would encourage people to dig deep into themselves with the support of her.

Pastor Ama Zenya is a true blessing. She brought joy, warmth, love, happiness, and beautiful light to our wedding. We felt so secure with her as our officiant. She provided us with the comfort to be present in every moment of our ceremony and feel all the love and support that was with us to celebrate our union. She met with us several months before our wedding to get to know us, both our individual personalities and our personality as a couple. She understood well what our wishes were and tailored the ceremony perfectly to meet our needs and include family traditions. She was very responsive, patient, gentle and kind with any questions we had. She was also very active in helping with details regarding the ceremony, and was very prompt with the official paperwork, as well as helping us rehearse our vows. There aren't enough words to describe how grateful we are to have had her as our officiant. We would highly recommend Pastor Ama Zenya to other couples looking for an officiant who will work with you to create a beautiful ceremony filled with love and tailored to your relationship.

If you need someone to talk to or need a space to express your feelings, I would highly recommend Krista Yapp for your therapy needs. I have been going through a rough patch in my life and Krista has the heart to listen and empathize with me. I appreciate her compassion and ability to make me feel so comfortable in a situation that I thought I was facing alone.

An unexpected death in the family upended a number of things in my life. I needed some guidance to get back on track to run my business and tackle the new personal challenges I was facing. I was working with another counselor for a few months but did not find much value in my sessions. My wife found Karim so I decided to try one session. Needless to say, I really enjoyed Karim's approach. Karim has acted like a guide to help me identify, process and work on my challenges. I enjoyed his help so much that I also paid to attend a couple of the workshops he hosts outside of regular hours from time to time. I highly recommend talking to Karim at least once and see how you feel. Chances are, you will want to work with him.

After two years together, my boyfriend and I have been contemplating couples therapy. I always thought couples counseling was just for married people who despised each other but I couldn't have been more wrong. After just one session, I feel better. We have been learning the importance of communication and how to rebuild trust especially in a long distance relationship. Diana gave us direct feedback on what we were doing and how we can improve individually and as a couple. We had good takeaways and feel better about how to comfort each other if similar issues arise again.

Using a unique combination of subtle and physical interventions Oatsinu brings an ancient wisdom to therapy and healing. Native American 'acupuncture', herbs, ceremony and massage restore balance and harmony to restore health and circumstances- a life changing experience can be the result of this level of work: energy, spiritual and physical intervention backing your recovery. I know good work as I have been an acupuncture physician since 1990. Stephen (Jesse) Summers, DOM NM Lic# 239

Tony was great for me, first, he’s an amiable guy that from our initial meeting, I could tell, was sincere about his desire to provide effective therapy. I’m a long distance runner and a business executive (and a CMT myself) and he knew exactly what to do to relieve stress and provide recovery from athletic activity. I happy I have finally found my regular therapist now. He even included indigenous techniques from his family’s heritage of healers from Mexico – I recommend him to you!

Arya is one of the most gifted guided counselors I’ve ever met. His astute awareness to key into what’s being spoken and what’s beneath the words is one of the things that make him such an effective marriage and relationship counselor. He has a gentle way of showing you the way to your truth by asking the right questions or roleplaying with yourself or your partner. His process is nonintimidating and creative which is especially helpful under the circumstances of dealing with years of sensitive issues. My boyfriend and I were at a crossroad of parting ways when we took the leap to try couples counseling and coaching instead of psychotherapy. The results of our time invested with Arya have made us whole again and more in love than ever before. Thank you Arya! You are one of a kind! Nancy

He was genuine and didn't rush us. He used the paperwork that we submitted when we arrived to lead the conversation. My husband and I are working toward a better relationship yet it was good to talk with Paul as a mediator, and he helped start the conversation that we can continue as a couple. If needed, we'd hire Paul again without hestitation.

Grace Pacheco is an amazing therapist. My partner and I had been rather "stuck" for nearly six months. We were not unhappy, but we were not happy either. Through her premarital survey, my partner and I were able to see more clearly areas that could benefit from growth but also areas in which we excelled. She gave us affirmation that we needed to keep feeling like our choice to be together was a positive decision and also gave us hope; hope that with minor changes (mostly broadening our empathy and understanding for one another) we had the potential to be in an even better place than before. Because of Grace's excellent help, both my partner and I gained the confidence to share feelings we had been hesitant to share for the six years we have been together because Grace showed us that it was not about sparing each other's feelings. She helped us realize that by remaining silent, the feelings would only muster up resentment and multiply to larger issues. Grace aided us in highlighting our strengths to explain how and why it is we've gotten so far in our relationship. In summary, Grace is an amazing, honest, and energetic therapist. She does not pretend to be beyond her expertise and always told us if she felt something was beyond her scope. She treated us with dignity, respect, and positive worth. We were not just "clients", we were really people with legitimate obstacles. My favorite characteristic about Grace..... She's validating. She did not feed us the "things could be worse" line. She highlighted that everyone has different lows, but that does not take away from it being YOUR low. She made us feel important and individual. I will forever value her for how I was treated and how she helped me with my partner. Amazing Grace, thank you.

Diana is the smartest, most insightful person I have ever met. She changed my life for the better and I highly recommend working with her. About

I provide compassionate support and understanding in a comfortable and safe environment. I have successfully helped many people find relief from depression and anxiety and enhanced their relationships. Obstacles and challenges become opportunities for growth and fulfillment, while emotional pain and confusion become clarity and wisdom by incorporating the mind, body, and spirit in a practical approach to growth and change. Anger is transformed into compassion as we learn to see things without judgements and distortions. Fear dissolves into acceptance, allowing us to be fully alive and present to experience joy and happiness. I utilize an experiential mix of styles including cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic and family systems, blended with mindfulness practice. The process gently but effectively enhances your capacity to enjoy life, and resolves old traumas and hidden beliefs that keep you from living as a free human being. I bring to my work years of spiritual practice and meditation, as well as my formal education in clinical psychology. In addition, I am associated with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) as both a provider educator and a family to family educator, helping mental health staff improve their skills for working with individuals and families traumatized by mental illness, and helping educate families to cope with psychiatric illness.
