- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very negotiable and will come to something fair for both of us. I often underbid and am trying not to hurt myself too much anymore.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a sense of their desires and expectations and see if I can match them appropriately. Try to leave them in a great mood.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of hands-on experience and general common sense that isn't so common. Experienced working under others in business much longer and working across a variety of fields for a time has given me much perspective.
