Ask yourself.... What is the difference between the Catering Sales Manager/Coordinator at my facility, My DJ's or Photographers helpers, or Moms' Friend, Etc. and Your Very Own Personal Coordinator? A Lot.... Personal coordinators offer a different area of services than these other event industry professionals and/or your loving family helpers. Specifically this type of coordinator is working for you, not the event facility or anyone else; and they are there to see that your wishes and requests are carried out, as well as to assist in planning the details which are not related to the facility and/or any other vendors. Ask the staff at your venue what elements of the set-up and flow of event they will be offering services for to determine your additional needs. A special celebration deserves only the best attention to details and organization. An experienced coordinator can alleviate a world of stress and allow you to be free to enjoy the day you have been waiting for.
