Our house is 15+ years old. Recently, we have noticed a small leaking spot on the sealing in the dining room and decided to look for help before it gets worse. Through Thumbtack we found Erik Havans. He inspected the whole roof, explained all the problems, gave us an estimate. Due to upcomming rain, fixed immediately the leaking spot. Couple days later he came back with his helper and finished the rest of the job, which was done professionally and fast. Eric was polite and friendly all the way. I had some small roof repairs needed on my home and Erik was quickly on site to perform an inspection. By the end of that same day, he had provided a detailed report of the damage (including pictures of the damaged areas) and a competitive bid on the project. He and his crew were out the next day to professionally complete the repairs - even to the extent of cleaning up such that you could not tell a roofing job had just taken place. From this terrific experience, I highly recommend Erik Havens and Advanced RoofLeak Solutions for their professional work and excellent customer service. They are great!

My experience with Erik was absolutely fantastic !! I cannot thank him enough for the quality and quickness of his repair job on my tile roof. He responded immediately to a request for quotes, visited my house for an estimate the next day, gave a very fair estimate and thorough description of the work to be done, responded quickly when I added to the work load, and scheduled the work to be performed very quickly. He and his partner Eric jumped on the job the next day, worked 2 long days and the job was finished. Never did I expect the amount of time from initial contact to job completion to be within a week !! The job was to remove an old solar water heating panel that was built into the roof when the house was built, patch the hole where the unit was, and add new clay tiles. Also included was a complete inspection and replacement of rotted plywood/paper and to replace old broken tiles in various other places of the roof. In total, he replaced or added 175 new tiles to the roof. When completed the new section of the roof matches so well, you cannot even tell there was a solar unit once on the roof. And now that we have had our first rain since the repair, there are absolutely no leaks. His communication with me was beyond excellent. His expertise in tile roof was the deciding factor in selecting him for the job. If you want quality work at a good price and quick action, Erik and his team are top notch. Highly recommended.
