Latest Review: ObI asked for a deep tissue massage. I always get frustrated because no one can give enough pressure for the entire hour. But I need it deep and other areas I just need swedish massage. Karen did it all! I can not tell you how incredible her massage was. You just have to experience it to believe how skilled she is in technique and her hands just seemed to know every area I was in need. She did not miss a spot. If you are looking for a thorough massage, where you need more pressure say here then there. This girl has magic fingers. I felt NO pain for days after her massage. She also is good with the feet knows reflexology, and the cupping was awesome. I am having her come weekly. Nothing at all in my life makes me feel better then one of Karen's sessions. If you want your money's worth, and the best massage YOU can EVER get. Man, don't waste your money. Hire this Lady. She has over 20/30 years of experience. She knows the body she know where to go. Make her your masseuse, However don't take my weekly times away from me! All I can say is "Oblivian". and she is on time and empathetic and a real person. Easy to feel comfortable. I can not say enough! THANK YOU KAREN! Josh L.

Latest Review: My husband and I discovered Tom when we moved to Sorrento Valley. We had very intense, stressful desk jobs that resulted in a ton of shoulder/neck tightness. Add to that - tennis, outrigger canoe paddling, and personal training and all of our other outdoor activities - we needed a lot of help! :) Tom has an amazing ability to work out the knots, and also gave us stretches to do at home. I especially like that he starts his massages face up, and he asks you what's bothering you - physically and mentally - and then he works you through it. It's not just massage, it's massage therapy! (No pun intended!) The best part was going on a frequent enough basis, such that he was able to become familiar with the "trouble spots" and knew exactly how to kneed those out. The relaxing feel of the rooms, the soothing music, the salt rock lamps . . . ahhhhh . . . wish I was there RIGHT NOW!

Latest Review: I love how the therapists listen to your needs and know if your massage should be relaxation, therapeutic or a combination. I enjoy my facials and love the fact I get educated on home care. I have fallen asleep with both massages and facials. Everyone is very accommodating and personable. I love the infra red sauna for detoxing, pain, burning calories and overall relaxation. I like that they have prices for everyone's budget. Small and quaint, Spa 33 is the place to be!

Latest Review: I had a 60-minute massage with Leah last Thursday. I work in the industry and I have access to massages on a frequent basis. The massage I had from Leah was one of the best I have ever received. From the very beginning, when I booked the massage, I felt taken care of. I was sent a helpful reminder email a couple of days before my massage. When I entered the tranquil spa last Thursday where Leah has her practice, she greeted me warmly and offered me water and/or tea. We went over my reasons for needing a massage (neck and shoulder tension) and I was shown the way to her comfortable, serene therapy room. Leah has the gift of giving a massage that is both relaxing and therapeutic. Some other therapists mistakenly believe that they have to "hurt" their clients in order to address their issues. That tactic just leaves me tense and sore - not really what I want out of a massage. However, Leah effectively uses different techniques that smooth out tense areas and trigger points with appropriate pressure and a flow that really puts her client at ease. I had also explained to her that I am ticklish which can be challenging for some therapists but not for Leah. I did not tense up or squirm once. After the massage, she offered me more water as hydrating is very important after bodywork. I felt great for the rest of the day, actually for the next few days. On Sunday, she even sent a personalized email checking in on how I was doing and reminded me of the suggestions she made about altering my computer set-up at work to help ease my neck and shoulder tension. I really appreciate her expertise and the care she shows for her client. I highly recommend booking a massage with Leah.

When I first started I knew nothing about tennis and just after 7 lessons I feel like I can play at Wimbledon. He has amazing drills and tips that will greatly increase your tennis game! Overall I had an outstanding experience being coached by Jay.

Latest Review: Got a massage with Erin and it was very therapeutic. I highly recommend her because she seems to have a knack for finding trouble areas that you don't even realize was there. Came to her because I had problems with my neck and back. And during the consultation she suggested that working with the chest muscles first will help alleviate pain and other problems with my neck and back. Turns out she was right and after a few sessions and following her after care recommendations, my neck and back feels so much better.
