Introduction: Our preference at At Blue Tattoo Café is custom tattoo work. Our shop prides itself on custom tattoo designs. With each individual client, we take the time to hand draw the body art to fit the part of the body that’s going to get tattooed. We know that majority of people in this economy are on tight budgets, which is why we don’t charge for our drawing time on every custom tattoo design.
