- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Computers Services: Usually I work with hours rates since the issues are variables in terms of diagnosis and solution. I case of issues that demands many hours to be solved, I prefer to define a final costs to avoid over cost to the customer. Assembly Services: I work with fixed costs per project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the customer needs and expectations, establishing what needs to be done, where it’s taking place, method of payment and etc. Then I could give my insight or tips if needed and encourage the customer to place any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computers Services: I've been in IT environment for 20 years. One of my first jobs was IT helpdesk where I could get a lot of experience. After that, I worked as Support Analysts and project management for many years. I have graduation degree in Information Technology and MBA in Project Management. Assembly Services: I worked as assembler for Amazon Services where I could get training and a lot of experience in assembly services.
