Introduction: Hi, I'm Jenny. Animals have been my best friends since I was young growing up outside a tiny California farming town. Seeing the amazing miracle of life while helping birth piglets, watching a baby calf get pulled out of her mom and take her first steps. There is nothing like it. I learned to live and respect all living animals. I began working with Animals after my dad told me the secret of life is to earn a living doing your favorite thing in the world. I was 37 at the time. I began pet sitting thinking I new so much about animals. Boy, I had a lot to learn. Through volunteering, taking/passing online classes, Joining Pet sitters international and taking their training classes, training clients dogs with local trainers reading training books and 15 years of working 30 to 130 hours a week Overnight & drop in pet sitting and daily dog wlking I have prepared myself to be your families loving, caring, experienced and educated pet care provider.

I offer overnight house & petsitting in your home. This means I come to your house around dinner time and stay overnight snuggling with your pets till breakfast. serving your pets meals as you would. walking your dogs, playing with cats and dogs, poop scooping yard and litter boxes. Also gathering mail and packages, curbing trash cans, watering in/out door plants and leaving your home a bit cleaner than when I arrived.
I Also offer drop-in visits, walks, feeding and play for both cats and dogs. and other house pets....... fish, lizards, chinchillas, guinea pigs, turtles chickens, goats, horses, cows. Anything you have I'll take care of. Well almost. No I won't feed mice to your snakes, and no tarantulas.
I am also a daily dog walker. I have a few small groups of dogs I walk Monday thru Friday. We go out on 30 minute walks for smaller and older dogs. 1 hour walks and 1 hour adventure's for dogs that need a bit more excercise. Rain or shine.
Pet care is my only job. This means that your pets will get 100% of my attention when they are in my care.
I began pet sitting after being a full time nanny for 6 years. 15 years ago I answered an ad for a house and pet sitter for 3 weeks in the Orinda. I loved it so much I changed my career path, and never looked back. I realized then I could really have a job that I absolutely loved. I feel so lucky have found work that makes me so happy. I have enjoy learning everything I can about animals. I get to help people. I get wet kisses every day from the dogs and cats I love. I enjoy being busy and solving situations. This job, It fills my days and nights, and my heart. Much of my spare time is spent problem solving, and learning. Thinking about and Investigating answers to your pets issues, problems, training needs, heath and more.
I take my work Very seriously. I'm and in charge of your beautiful furry family members. I keep their minds and bodies busy while taking extra precautions to keep them safe. Training and excercise is a very Important part of having a happy pet. I feel greatful to be chosen to help your home run smoothly by doing my part to bring home a tired dog each day after our fun afternoon walks. In all trueth, the dogs I walk give me as much joy as I give them. Im a lucky gal. I LOVE WHAT I DO.
I enjoy texting owners fun pictures and videos of our adventures on our walks or when pet sitting. So you all dont feel left out when we are having so much fun!!

I will follow your daily feeding, walk and play schedule. While your on vacation, I like to give your pets a fun filled staycation at home. (mail/package retrieval, curbing cans, watering plants in/out doors, and yard poop scooping, and a thorough cleaning) all comes with my Pet Sitting Services

Having grown up on a 40 acre farm, in a VERY small town. I spent most of my spare time getting to know ours and our neighboring farm animals. Being a kid, I had no fear. I spent hours talking and singing show tunes to the cows next door. They loved me. I am crazy fun with your dogs and cats, and will make sure they all feel comfortable and confident and have a ball when with me. I'm experienced walking cats too. I keep a close eye out for changes in each animals behavior and share this info with owners. I know all the best, less known places to play & hike with pups. I'm Experienced in Elderly pet care. I love to slow down and join the pets world. I have done this since I was young. This is why I love my job. I am a lifelong lover of all gods creatures.
Please book your Overnight House/Pet sitting dates as early as possible. I offer short & long term house/pet sitting. Up to 30 days. Also up to 3 drop in visits a day.
