- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once I receive an inquiry, I respond immediately in order to answer any questions a new client may have. I then send out a wedding or event questionnaire in order to gather the necessary information to prepare an event proposal. I then e-mail each potential client who is interested in booking my services, an event proposal and a link to my online planning tools. In order to book my services the client simply signs and returns the event proposal with the required deposit (usually $100). Then the planning process begins and I am always available to work with each and every client as their event and entertainment professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Music and entertainment have been my full-time profession since 1991. I have served as DJ/MC and entertainment specialist at literally thousands of weddings, corporate events and private parties. I have traveled throughout California and all across the United States to share my skill and expertise as a professional entertainment specialist. I have been a featured speaker at numerous DJ conventions and I personally trained many of the Sacramento areas finest DJs. At last count there are at least six full-time DJ companies in Sacramento whose owners were trained by and works for me at some point. Music and entertainment are my passion and my business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?At this point in my career, there is virtually no situation or any type of client with which I am not familiar. I have done weddings for 10 people or 2000 people and everywhere in between. I have played every type and style of music and worked with nearly every culture one could think of. I performed corporate events for some of America's largest companies in done simple office parties for 25 people. There is almost no situation that I have not seen and no problem that I cannot overcome. In short, I have tons of experience and lots of common sense!
