Introduction: Whole Person Fitness gym provides a non-intimidating atmosphere that allows anyone to feel comfortable and know that we provide an individualized training for each client's needs. I have been in the fitness industry for 19 years and have trained clients for weight loss, body building, core strength, agility, balance and flexibility. I also love training kids and seniors and work with varied needs. I also have a certification as a child birth doula and a neurolinguistic practitioner with training in behavioral modification. Our trainers are very knowledgeable, and we give each client a training for his/her body type. The gym is by appointment only, so it allows you to have that time for just yourself with your trainer and no big gym distractions. I am also a published author in Anchor Point Magazine.

I highly recommend Whole Person Fitness to everyone. Lily is first of all very nice. She is knows how to access my needs, fitness level, works with my limitations, prior injuries and physical weaknesses to put together a challenging, kick butt workout tailor made for me. In two and a half months I have gained strength, lung capacity, fitness, muscle, muscle tone, endurance, flexibility,confidence, and much more. I have lost the chronic knee pain, fatigue, inches. Lily, listens and gives me exercises that I never thought I could do, builds me up slowly. As a 60 + woman with chronic health issues I can say I am much healthier since finding Lily. Lily truly cares and overs wise nutritional counsel as well. I am blessed to have found Whole Person Fitness and Lily. If I can do it, you can too.

Been training with lily for three weeks now ! It has been pure joy! I am not exactly what u call an exercise loving person but I look forward to our sessions !after each workout I am in lots of pain (good pain) and of course I go back for more! I love her creative exercises and the way she makes it fun ! I laugh and exercise the entire hour ! Already seeing improvement ! Don't be fool though , She is one tough trainer !💪🏻😳

Thank You Lily for always motivating me and encouraging me . I have never met a more positive , determined, and hard working Trainer. Lily pushed me further than I would have ever pushed myself, she believed in me more than I believed in me. She knew that I could do things that I really thought I couldn't. When I thought I was to old for a trainer she taught me you are never to old. To this day, I hear her saying , You can do this !! So excited and happy for you ! Your Friend always, Barbara
