It's amazing how one person can go so deep inside you and help you realise so many thing. Ira has done a great job at helping me find myself looking for answer for questions I've had all my life. It's amazing the way Ira looks for God's guidance to be able to help us understand God's plan for our life. He is such a great family counselor. My family feel like it's finally coming back together and for that I am so thankful. Also he is there 24/7 weather it's a phone call or a text he makes you feel secure to know someone is there for whatever sitiation you may be facing with out judging and always helping!
Stephanie wonderful and she is helping me and my husband get over this dreaded hump in our marriage. She gives a safe space and a neutral environment that allows for us both to be comfortable.
Cristi is the best in her craft and career choice. She deffitntly cares more than any other therapist, I've ever met by far... I've had the pleasure of working with her for some time now and I appreciate what she has taught me. She's very experienced with all walks of life and I think she would fit anybody's personality. I don't like telling people I'm in therapy but I've began too enjoy and love sharing my story with her. She's helped me a lot.She goes above and beyond the call of duty and she checks in on a weekly basis even when it's the weekend and off days she still listens and helps. Cristi always makes me feel special and really good. Since I started seeing her I decided to attend cosmetology school if it weren't for her I probably wouldn't be following my dreams and I would be dreading my life , like I was previously. Cristi Also has helped me find my voice in time and now that I have found my passion, I'm going to stick with it. Follow your heart and the passion will come and she is deffiently passionate about her work and her clients. She always makes me feel at ease and it's so easy to talk with her it's like talking to my family but she's not family at all but I consider her a great mentor and friend. If anybody wants a friend in an therapist I would highly recommend her. I have suggested her to a few of my close friends that deffiently would benefit from her.
My experience with therapist Octavia Fukino has been a positive, healing process for me. Her gentle and honest approach has helped me peel off layers of hurt and become a whole person. I would definitely encourage my family and friends to head her way if they are looking for a therapist.
After months with several disappointing counselors, we found Dr. Jeanne. Her approach is impressively different for 3 reasons: 1) she got to essence of the issue -- quickly went beyond the "superficial layers" and discovered the "issue behind the issue", 2) she is extremely fast -- after every session we experienced immediate, significant shifts and although sometimes this stuff can be difficult, she made it palatable in a way that both my husband and I appreciated 3) she does so much more than marriage counseling -- after we got through some "big" issues, she coached us to resolve a number of important business issues that we have been struggling with for some time. But the bottom line is that I can honestly say, that she did in fact help us save our marriage. The fourth nice sugar on top is that she has a very soothing and calm manner, making the difficult issues that are so hard to face, more palatable and easier to approach. I highly recommend her, she will save you considerable time, pain and money -- and most importantly, she gets results.
I am a parent of an adult child who has suffered from addiction and depression. During a time when we were at a complete loss as he was floundering in and out of multiple rehabs, doctors, and overdoses we hired Christina prior to her licensing to personally assist us as as companion and caretaker for our son. As a parent I felt confident and had trust that he was in good hands. Christina worked with the entire family to make changes, set boundaries, learn communication skills and helped our son build accountability for his own life.
So happy I found a therapist that understands what I go through. Dr. Maxine your great 😆
Lydia is amazingly intuitive, knowledgeable and compassionate therapist. Every time I've referred her clients they have called me to thank me for helping them find her. She's definitely my go to person when someone I know needs a female therapist.
Rachel is very warm and inviting. She was prompt in responding and was able to schedule me right away. I would recommend her to my own close friends and family!
Jennifer has been the best outlet for me and my daily stresses, helping me cope with work, family, and relationship stress. She understands cultural pressures and shows compassion with my issues. She always on time and gives me the full attention of the hour. She is also very flexible with my schedule. I would recommend her to anyone.
Plinio was an amazing instructor. And the Breakthrough Parenting course was spot on. The "One on One" instruction was perfect for me and there was no question, issue, scenario etc. that Plinio couldn't handle. Best prep for a single Dad. Would totally recommend any first time or experienced parent to take the course so you have a better foundation to be a parent and raise a happy, healthy and well adjusted child.
In aproximately 2003 my husband and I were counseling with Mark. We were desperate for help, understanding, and relief. We literally felt something destroying us inwardly, confusing every thing we believed in. This one thing we could not overcome was killing our marriage. After searching books, talking to other counselors, going to marriage conferences.... really we couldn't quite put our finger on it or get to the root. However Mark was discerning, compassionate, non judgmental and real. He was able to help my husband let his guard down and be honest, open and willing ;by the power of the Holy Spirit working through him. We did counsel for a good several months but it was do to my husbands unwillingness to be completely honest in the beginning. I will never forget that evening when my husband returned home form what may have been one of their last sessions. I was nearly afraid there was such a notable difference in his eyes and his tone of voice and his entire demeanor. He was calm, he was changed, transformed he was peaceful, He was free! The shame, the guilt was gone. His eyes were clear , His heart was lifted. I had my husband back in a way I had not ever known him. God really used mark to bring about a deliverance we never knew was available. This was 12 years ago. Of course like anything one must continue to do what is required to keep the results achieved. If we were talking weight loss , one would continue to eat healthy and exercise. Lets just say we can use some review it has been awhile now (13 years or more) and sometimes a refresher course is needed. I plan to contact Mark for a check up. I believe the Lord led me to find his business I did not know existed. At the time we counseled, it was more casual not a business. I am so happy to have found him after all these years. I highly recommend Mark as he is a great tool in God's hand to bring loving compassionate help to those hurting and bound up by their past and own short comings. Blessings to this business!
I have worked with hospice, helping individuals and families entering their end of life transition. I have found that by paying particular attention to the steps of grief, people can continue to grow and build healthy relationships even while coming to terms with a terminal illness. It is important for everyone to be able to break through old patterns to say what needs to be said. I have since transitioned to working with individuals with eating disorders, which reflect other underlying issues and trauma. I assisted many clients replace self-destructive behaviors (eating disorders, self-harm, substance abuse, and other maladaptive coping skills) with acceptance and self-love. I believe therapy can benefit everyone who sincerely wishes to see a change in his or her life. Appropriate therapy can relieve feelings of distress, increase satisfaction in interpersonal relationships, create skills for managing anxiety, and help grow greater personal awareness and insight. Difficult changes have no specific design, but with help, you can learn from them, grow with them, and be better because of them.

I am passionate about healthy marriages and thriving relationships, so I most enjoy working with dating, engaged, and married couples. I teach each couple how to assertively ask for what they want and need, how to communicate effectively by allowing their partner to feel safe, and how to resolve conflict in a constructive way that respects, rather than wounds, one another. If you are facing challenging circumstances in your relationship, I believe these can be an opportunity to strengthen your connection with your partner and draw you closer together, instead of driving you apart. For dating and engaged couples, I am a certified facilitator for the prepare/enrich program and recommend couples considering marriage to complete this valuable instrument. We use your data to identify strengths and growth areas, as well as explore opinions about core issues in marriage to find agreement and negotiate differences. Sometimes, life just doesn't go the way we want. Too often, we find ourselves stuck in a bad place, leaving us hurt, lonely, angry or depressed, just plain out of control. Why is it that we do the things we dont want to do, and we dont do the things that we know are good for us? I provide a confidential, non-judgmental place to re-engineer your life. I will strive to help you experience growth from the pain of life and empower you to move forward, better able to face the inevitable problems that come your way. I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you, to help you clarify what you want from your life and how to go about getting it. My primary area of interest is in working with couples, although I do work with individuals also. This includes pre-marital counseling, communication difficulties, recovery from affairs and sex addiction, and parenting together after divorce. In 2011, I've completed a certification in sex addiction therapy (CSAT®) through Patrick Carnes. The CSAT® program is fast becoming the industry's standard certification for all therapists who are working with individuals who suffer from addictive and compulsive sexual behaviors. I've received a Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology from Azusa Pacific University and am a marriage and family-therapist-registered intern (IMF#64851) under the supervision of Curtis Miller, Psy.D., D. Min, MFT#31636. I am trained to use the prepare/enrich inventories, which is a comprehensive couple assessment tool for pre-marital counseling.
