FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with the customer. I do have set prices for most jobs but understand most plumbing problems are not for seen and usually most people don't save up for them. I worked for big plumbing companies for years and know how pricey they can be. I offer the same service and knowledge but with the customer in mind. less overhead so I can pass the savings down to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts me I try to gather as much information as possible. Once I understand the basics of the job I try to give a rough estimate on cost and set up an appointment that works for the Customer. upon arrival I like to walk through the issue with the customer explain the process and answer any questions the customer has. After completing the work I like to go over it with the customer ensuring the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
