Aria is an amazing coach. I am an Adult beginner. I’ve been around water , but never learned how to swim and very uncomfortable inside water. Its been now 3 lessons and I am already getting comfortable and don't panic as much as first time. Aria has been a great help. She is very creative and teaching me patiently.She answers all my silly questions and also always on time for the class. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to hire Personal Instructor for the swim lessons.
When Kelly was in Coeur d' Alene working at 360 fitness I got the pleasure of participating in some of her Bootcamp classes. I have been to quite a few different bootcamp classes, but Kelly's classes were always filled with new exercises which kept the classes fresh and interesting, while keeping my body guessing. I haven't found another instructor as innovative as she is.
Mike Gordon was a Muay Thai and kickboxing instructor at my facility in north Las Vegas Uprising mma. Mike was always reliable, hard working and great with the coustomers. He took his time to make sure everybody was learning and where having fun in a safe and clean environment I give Mike an A+ and would recommend him to teach or work for any company after seeing him and his work ethic.
My personal training experience with Jason Fox consists of three-days a week of a mixture of strength and cardio exercises. Jason is very flexible and communicates in advance regarding any schedule conflictions or need to re-schedule a training session. Thus far, I have lost a total of 8 pounds since working with Jason the first week of January until now, and have received much counsel to help support my weight loss outside of session (eg: Food choices, suggested water intake, vitamin supplements, etc.) . In addition, Jason is a very charismatic trainer and pushes me to be a healthier version of myself without over exhausting my limitations (eg: asthma, weak wrists, etc.). I am comfortable in knowing that I will be pushed each week to exceed my performance of the week, and am constantly encouraged throughout my sessions when I want to give up on a workout component. Overall, I am very pleased with my personal training with Jason Fox and would recommend him to anyone looking to be mentally and physically supported in your journey to become a healthier version of yourself.

I trained with Monica at a gym for over 2 years, and then in a small group independent setting for over a year. She helped develop my running, cutting a significant amount of time off of my races, along with my strength in regular workouts. When I developed an injury with a different instructor, she took the time to develop a program to strengthen the areas that were weak to help create more balance in my muscles, which was the reason I got injured. I love how she pushes her clients to a place farther than they they can go, but not so far out a reach that you get discouraged.
My workouts with Heather are great! I look forward to each and every workout with her. Heather is a certified experienced trainer who has been doing boot camp style workouts for a long time. The results are pretty amazing. I have more muscle tone and definition now not to mention more energy!! I highly recommend her as a fitness instructor.
Jody has been one of the greatest coaches I've ever had the opportunity to train with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and dedicated. Joel is one of the most patient, knowledgeable and understanding piano instructors I have ever had the pleasure to teach me piano lessons. If you are wanting to learn how to play the piano or keyboard Joel is the person to teach you.Especially a new beginner or if you want to refamiliarize yourself with the piano or keyboard. Bev Buckhalt is an awesome Iyengar yoga instructor! Teasingly, I call it self-chiropractic, but really the benefits of her classes are that and much more for the body, mind, and soul. Bev challenges you, and before you know it you can stretch your body in ways you never thought possible. For those of you *not* interested in challenges, Bev is sensitive to all levels and abilities, and always provides props that will help you perform each pose to your own ability. Bev's classes are a perfect mixture of hard work and humor. I love Bev and her yoga classes!

Deja has been ranked in the top 20 in the Northern California Junior USTA rankings and the top 30 in Florida's USTA Junior rankings. Finally, she has been the Pioneer Valley League MVP and has went undefeated in her junior and senior years. She also finished 3rd in the high school state tourney in her junior and senior year.
