Great Experience, Excellent Representation I received three right turn red light camera violations within 2 months in Elk Grove. Mr. Boylan was able to combine all 3 under one court hearing without me attending. He was able to get 1 dismissed, 1 guilty on a "no contest" with Traffic School and 1 guilty on a "no contest" plea. Instead of 3 points on my driving record I received 1 point and did not have to pay one of the fines. The fee was reasonable, I did not have to attend any court hearing and the result was more than I expected. Please note I was guilty on all 3 citations with clear photos and video of me not making full stops. He was not like other Attorneys who didnt even bother to return my calls. He took the time to review all 3 citations before he even discussed his fee. Do not listen to those who say nothing can be done about red light tickets, or the numerous on-line articles, and do not pay for any third party service that sends you "how to do it packages". I had a judgment wrongly filed against me by a state agency. My personal attempts to fight through the red tape failed. Mr. Boylan aggressively pressed the agency to vacate the judgment, including filing court motions and going to their offices to fight for me. When they rebuffed him, he diligently researched the agency's own rules and codes and found clear proof that the judgment was invalid according to their own rules! Almost immediately, the agency vacated the judgment and even sent me a refund! Nelson worked above and beyond to solve my problem. I highly recommend him!

It was unbelievable that Mr. Boylan bail me out from a red light flash ticket. This ticket was for not stopped at an intersection completely on red light. His aggrassive help saved me from my insurance premium increase or even might be kicked out, my driving license adding point, and big fine for the ticket. I was so devastated when this unexpecte disaster has happened to me during one of roughest times of my life. He changed my tears to smile.
