- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide the price I believe is best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a customer who contacts me will have questions about pricing, availability or what is included. I will respond very quickly and answer any questions as best as I can. Once the price, the date and time is confirmed, I will meet the client at their location and begin the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained the Custodial Training Certificate from City College of San Francisco, which required 108 hours of hands on training. Additionally, I have been an In-Home Supportive Service Worker for two years and completed their training as well. I have also cleaned houses for more than two years.
