Amber and Max were AMAZING! I originally hired two event helpers through another woman who pulled out less than a week before my wedding. Thankfully I went onto Thumbtack, submitted an inquiry and within less than 20 minutes Amber sent me a message with a quote. She saved me! Amber and Max were so efficient and professional during my wedding. I didn't have a wedding planner, so I had so much on my mind and many things to worry about that day. I never once had to worry about Amber and Max, they were so on top of every little detail. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work!
There is no way I can write how amazing Mimi and her creations are! Wedding was 8/9/14 @ Sainte Claire; the combination real and silk Mimi created set and perfected the room in the perfect elegance the bride Stephanie had envisioned. Says a lot when a man (my husband Dan) saw the room first and said "breathtaking" and when I saw each centerpiece and how distinctive they were, I too was stunned someone could have so much artistic talent. Mimi also created three bouquets for the bride: 1) real for the Virgin Mary, 2) a stunning silk keepsake bouquet with crystal brooches,and 3) a smaller version of keepsake with brooches for tossing at reception; 3 main table silk arrangements and at Mimi's suggestion small vases for bridesmaids to place their bouquet's completed the balanced table. Mimi went above and beyond in her professionalism, her consideration, her artistic eye, her always available to support, and punctuality at church with groom (Garrett), groomsmen/family flowers/at hotel in setting up. In closing, the guests were so taken with the beauty of Mimi's centerpiece's when announced they could be taken home-not one piece remained! Stephanie, Garrett, Dan, and I were 100% pleased with Mimi and are very thankful to have her as part of the bride and groom's vision. THANK YOU MIMI!!!
Lele Floral did the flower arrangements for my wedding, and they were wonderful! Kelly is really great and personable. I emailed her to ask about the rates etc, and she got back to me right away to make an appointment. When I met with Kelly I just told her what types of arrangements I needed and what budget I wanted to stay in, and she took care of the rest. I didn't really know what type of flowers I wanted, so I just told Kelly what colors I liked and she created really beautiful arrangements that looked great in my venue. Everything was delivered/set up with no problems on the wedding day, and guests complimented the arrangements. It was so stress-free for me! Thanks Kelly!!!

I initially hired NK from Paradise Parkway just for Day of Event Coordination services but when my venue cancelled on me exactly 45 days before my wedding day, she rose to the occasion and became the partial event planner and essentially my savior for my last minute wedding crisis! NK was creative, thorough, supportive, had my vision and best interest in mind throughout the entire planning process. There was one meeting when NK, the DJ/Lighting staff and venue manager were excitedly throwing out ideas about the space design and NK observed how quiet I was, she made sure to stop the chatter and check in with me to see if what was being discussed was matching to my vision. I truly appreciated this act as I tend to be quiet and pensive when a lot of things are going on. It was great I had an advocate for me! NK was also instrumental with making my venue space elegant and beautiful! When my first reaction to the venue cancellation was to find just a random hall to hold my event, NK highly encouraged me to look at the Sacramento Convention Center meeting room space, noting it had great potential. Im so glad that I did! With her creative eye and floral design background she helped turn the boring meeting rooms into and elegant and beautiful event space! She helped get a champagne colored draping where my fiancé and Is initial monogram was lit, she created a combination of centerpieces that included manzanita branches with crystals, fresh floral arrangements and medium/tall candles that made my guests tables look amazing! She also arranged floating candle vases and incorporated some of my nick-knacks and engagement photos for the Welcome and name card tables. She also went above and beyond when created leftover flowers into beautiful flower arrangements for my sweetheart table when she noticed it was looking bare, also added fresh flowers to my wedding cake! During the event, NK checked in with me and my bridal party often, ensuring we were on time and that little things were taken care of (i.e. informing me what catering staff were saying about drinks supplies, my 2 yr old nephew also poked my wedding cake so she turned it around so other guests dont see, haha!) My wedding reception turned out more beautiful and lavish than my first venue space! I had so many compliments from guests about the décor! NK is professional, competent, creative, detail-oriented, warm, kind and supportive! Not to mention, her services are so affordable compared to other event planning and design business! NK was a God send! She helped create my event timeline, facilitated communication among my vendors and checked in with me often during the weeks/days leading up to the wedding. What would have been a wedding reception disaster, turned into an amazing beautiful event thanks to NK! I highly recommend her for your event coordination/planning and design services!
I am so very thankful I found Ames Haus through thumbtack! Ariana was absolutely amazing through the entire process! I had let her know up front that we were funding our wedding and working with a pretty strict budget for florals, but that I love fresh flowers and we were hoping to make our florals our “decorations” since we are both pretty simple and wanted the natural beauty of fall to be our “decor”. She worked closely with us to really nail down our “vision”, and when we met in late summer she actually had a mock up (using real/gorgeous flowers!) and allowed us to take the centerpiece home. That blew me away! In late August I had a bit of a change in my vision due to bridesmaid dresses, and I expressed my concern (lighter colors, etc). She knew the exact fix, and the bouquets were breathtaking. When she delivered the boquets to the hotel, they nearly brought me to tears (I already had makeup done so I couldn’t cry!) They were beyond my expectations, and just perfect! When I arrived at the reception, she had also gone WAY above and beyond by providing chair florals (which were not within our budget) and also had prepared a “special” head table centerpiece. I had multiple people ask for her information, and without hesitation I would recommend for any event! She was such a nice person to work with, and her product was just beyond perfect! I’m sure there is so much more behind he scenes I don’t even know about (I got word she stayed to help set out the centerpieces/chair florals at our venue, etc) but everything I do know makes me so greatful we found her! Thank you so much for making my wedding flower dreams come true!

I recently got married and could not have done it without Julie and Nichole. They were so supportive and helpful throughout the planning process. I ended up just hiring them as day of coordinators. If I would have meet them sooner I would have had them plan the whole wedding. They also did my invitations which were super cute and very reasonably priced. Needless to say my wedding day went off without a hitch. Everything was perfect and I could not be happier that my butterflies were all alive and came fluttering out of the box for the release at the end of the ceremony. I could not have done this without them and highly recommend them to anyone from a DIY bride to the bride who wants to leave it all to the coordinators.
I had a great experience with Craft'D and would recommend Diana as an awesome florist that genuinely cares about her customer's satisfaction! Diana made floral arrangements and bridal bouquet for my wedding. I couldn't have been more pleased. My arrangements were unique and beautiful just the way I wanted them. She has reasonable pricing and can even make you a deal on some items, which always helps when planning a wedding. Be sure to hire Diana for your event, she is a gem!
Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). A little over four years ago, my husband and I were married in a small yet glorious church with a Chinese wedding banquet receptionan event that attendees still say was the most amazing wedding they had ever experienced. This is significant, considering that nearly half of the guests were our elders, over 60 years of age and some even in their eighties and nineties, and many had traveled from other parts of the country and outside the U.S. My husband and I designed the invitations, selected the venues, and made some arrangements in the earlier stages of planning. However, I decided to hire Gina based on my intuition telling me that she was the person who could easily get up to speed and take over as lead planner, honor and respect our eastern european and asian traditions, and orchestrate the special day so that we could relax and enjoy it with our family and closest friendsover 100 loved ones. My instincts were absolutely correct. With the exception of my late arrival to the church (a funny story I might publish someday), everything went flawlessly. Gina and her team were everywhere yet subtle in their presence, as they coordinated all the vendors and made our guests feel loved at very the same time. How did she do this? Who knows, but it spoke volumes about Gina's great energy and style. She was especially amazing in the way she understood the nuances of my chronic pain and mobility issues and responded with the support I needed in during the planning stage and throughout our long wedding event. Again, how? Don't know. But I'm still very grateful to this day. It has taken me a few years to sit down and write this review, but I am just as enthusiastic about my experience in working with her today as I was back then. We are both intense, serious women who target the details but can step back to gain healthier perspectives on things. More importantly however, we can giggle together like nobody's business! Although I may never be a bride againother than at our wedding anniversary celebrationsI certainly will hire her for other important events in the future. Akilah was very professional and the food was great! They provided our center pieces and did the entire decor for our wedding. Not only did she work with us and within our budget, she made sure everything was taken care of so my fiance and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend X2 Catering and Event Services for any job you may have. They are GREAT!!!
My experience was outstanding. Very professional, she is sweet and takes time with each client to make their vision into a reality. She's very detailed, has a natural talent, is a perfectionist. Anyone working with her will be very please, goes above and beyond. Very classy, luxury upscale wedding style and taste. Anything she touches comes together like music, is a master piece. She did an amazing job for all my events and the events I have attended to. I would literally change my event date just to have her do my decor. You don't regret it. Beautiful work!
Having Natasha do my nieces bridal shower event that took place in March, 2014, was quite an experience her ideas and the whole event planning was beautiful. I hired Mandy because I knew I would be a panicked wreck without someone to help me through the wedding planning process. She was the perfect choice! She went with me to the venue on multiple occasions to figure out decorations and scheduling; created a schedule that was a huge help to everyone; made reception centerpieces that were lovely without being overwhelming or expensive; created adorable table number signs that matched the place card tags I made; calmed me down when the stress of "we have too much to do and too little time!!!" became overwhelming; and solved a decorating problem (which was my fault) the night before the wedding without batting an eye. I would heartily recommend her for your wedding planning needs!
