Kul was exceptionally good repairing a fence that was installed 18 months ago by a jackass who just wanted the money and did a poor job! The fence began to sag at first rain 5 months after installation then later severely separated at post joints with the recent high wind! The fence was now falling. What Kul did to stabilize this relatively new fence vs. total replacement was fantastic! His suggestions and solutions were explained with detail and cost analysis. The finished work ... excellent !! Excellent work, extremely pleasant , cost saving and most definitely recommended! Furthermore, Kul even fixed my sagging/dragging gate, made by the same previous fence jackass, at no extra change! What a kind gesture and surprise ! Thank you! Overall, I'll request Kul's for other projects in a heartbeat!

Kul did an excellent job with our backyard. He is quick to respond and arrived exactly at the time he stated. The quality of his work speaks for itself and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. He installed RTF sod approximately 700sq ft in about two days and is very knowledgeable about his work.

My patio was a weed covered mess. Mister Singh came over for an estimate on Sunday, and completed the weeding yard cleaning, mulch replacement and fixing the fence on Wednesday. He was courteous, and pleasant to work with on this project. My patio is now ready for spring! I will probably hire to clean the yard again.

Cool had great customer service and was very responsive throughout the process. The issues in which I have is that the sod that was laid was infested with grubs which eat at the nutrients in the grass. This causes the grass to die and brown which it did in less than a week even with constant watering. The crew that came out were fast however the sod that they laid has visible gaps which mean that they were not laid correctly. After over three thousand dollars it is safe to say that my husband and I are not happy with this service six months out from when they completed the job. They were amazing at weeding out the yard and creating a neat surface for the grass to be planted on top of the soil. However in hindsight I wish my husband and I would have laid the sod ourselves.
