FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are $60/60 min, $45/30 min session, if I am traveling to a client. I do offer package deals and/or discount pricing if clients travel to the studio I work at in Elk Grove. I also offer different fees for buddy training and small group training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I do an initial assessment session with each new client. We discuss goals, obstacles, nutrition, health issues, injuries, as well as conduct a basic fitness assessment to obtain a baseline in strength, endurance, and flexibility. My approach will vary depending on where each person is at on their journey and what their specific goals are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

During this time I have attended many trainings, conferences, and obtained several specially certifications such as Cancer Exercise Specialist, Functional Exercise, Pre/Post Natal, Working with Active Older Adults, YogaFit, PilatesFit, to TRX Suspension Training and Insanity Instructor.
