My experience with Zack has been wonderful. He’s very knowledgeable and is able to customize for the individual he’s working with. I’ve definitely felt improvements in my body, posture, and functionality. I’m looking forward to all the progress we have to make. Def recommend him to anyone starting from any level!Oct 22, 2020Verified
Zack was timely and professional in his communication. He worked with my availability and showed up on time. The massage was excellent. His sports and anatomy training really showed. He alleviated my pain and left me feeling restored.Aug 20, 2020Verified
Not necessarily would I call him rare, as there are many men and women in all walks of life who take pride in what they do, and are committed in making a contribution too. But with our emotions so tied in knots, controlled by "leadership" that does not appear to have the best interest of "We the People" at heart; and with a pathogen running amok within our borders, and with empty buildings dotting our once upcoming and renown cities, it is to be expected that gloom and stress and depression, drown out the good work and good people, labeling a once robust society as an endangered species. NOT TRUE While some do fail, many of our Moms & Pops have weathered the technical revolution and society distancing as well, allowing the small business to thrive, including dedicated Massage Therapist. Many hardworking people, however, have not been properly introduced to the medical, physical and mental healing properties of the massage industry. During this once in a generation pandemic, where mothers and fathers, teachers and US Postal workers, are reaching unfamiliar stress levels, that can wreak havoc in our bodies; gaining way for a virus to take us down. TRUE Trying to make the right decisions in an era of uncharted waters, for everyday people, personal maintenance may be the best place to start. ZACK of Smart Move Fitness is an astute business man, who engages with old fashion customer service, allowing new clients to feel at ease from the start. His sincerity in building a customer base, is only matched by his actual massage technique, with the aim of physically rejuvenating the body, and creating unity between body and soul in the process.Aug 15, 2020Verified
My first experience with Zack was over the phone via a consultation. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what he needed to do in order to help me reach my personal goals before we ended our first conversation. We shortly thereafter had an in person training session and Zack was full of positive, encouraging energy that only someone who is truly passionate about what they are doing can emit. I am very happy to have chosen smart move fitness and will refer many of my friends who need that extra push to reach their fitness goals.Jul 6, 2020Smart Move Functional Fitness's reply
Ironically, Stephen's initial goal was to start a pull-cord lawnmower in one swift row. I can honestly say that today if you have a lawnmower that doesn't start, take it to Stephen. His rhomboids and shoulder girdle muscles are unbelievably strong and he can retract that shoulder in a mechanically pleasing and swift fashion. His execution; impeccable.
Zack’s massage services were great. He was on time, very clean, and wore a mask the whole time (I did not). His style was very slow and methodical. His scented oil was fantastic. After the massage, we discussed his exercise skills and how I might use them and made plans to meet again. Zack is definitely a keeper. A 12 out of 10!Aug 27, 2020Verified
