- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve played basketball throughout high school and served 8 years in the Marine Corps. Fitness has always been embedded in my blood.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Dealing with mental health issues led to me not caring for my physical health, which I was in top tier shape. I battled some scary health conditions that a young adult shouldn’t be going through. I made a commitment to myself to get back to my happy place with fitness. Now, I hope to bring that joy and impact to someone’s life through my knowledge of fitness & nutrition.
